End user instructions

This instruction covers login/logout and navigation to Arrigo Local installations, as well as navigation to www.arrigo.se.

Login

When logged out of ArrigoHome, regardless if it is first time or not, this page is presented. It contains of two areas.

A valid email address, preferably your work email address which is connected to your work email client, should be used. Notifications and login emails will be sent to this address. When a valid email address is entered, one or more login choices/buttons are presented in the area below the email input field.

The Authorization provider specific login buttons, which are only shown after a valid email address has been entered.

  • When clicking the button, an email is sent to your inbox.

  • Click on the link in your email inbox.

A QR code will be presented in the web browser.

  • Open your authenticator on your phone.
  • Click on + to add a new token.
  • Select Other and scan the QR code with the phone.

The code will be added at bottom of the list of providers. - Click the Next arrow button. - Enter the 6 digits presented on the phone. Click Done.

Next time user logs on, the user is directed directly to the 6 digit code, no need to register the QR-code again. If the authenticator is lost, the procedure can be repeated by clicking the link Rescan QR-code under the Done button.

Organization login button

This provider follows the organizations presets for log on routine. ArrigoHome redirect to your organizations login page, and hand over all 2 factor auth and security routines. After a successful organization login, the browser is redirected back to ArrigoHome and the dashboard is presented as current view. The providers name on login button is fully configurable on Provider configuration page.

Dashboard

Click on search to instantly filter the projects view. Often, just a handful projects are available, but it can still be useful with many projects.

2. Organization Name

Displays the name of the organization. If the user is a member of many organizations, this label is also a dropdown select box.

3. Organization Administrator

If user is an organization administrator, the settings icon is shown. Clicking this icon toggles the administration panel to the left.

4. Language

Change the language on your endpoints

This language settings is used to set the language on the endpoint when logging in.

Browser language is used as default language.

5. Logout

This ends the ArrigoHome session.

Note

Logging out only ends the ArrigoHome session. Existing sessions in Arrigo Local installations does NOT end. They are fully functional until a local log out has been done.

6. Current project

Shows the last selected project with endpoints.

7. List of projects

Lists all Arrigo projects with their endpoints that the user has permission to access.
