Arrigo Connect
New url
From the 1'st of July 2023 we are changing the network address for Arrigo Connect.
The current network address https://arrigoconnect.regincontrols.com will be replaced with https://connect.arrigo.se
The new network address (https://connect.arrigo.se) is available from 1’st of June 2023 and the old address is closed at the end of September 2023.
This gives you time to adjust the servers involved and verify that data is continuing to transfer into Arrigo EMS.
Before changing the address, test the connection. See Troubleshooting/Test connection, below.
If you use the Arrigo Connect function, to transfer data between Arrigo BMS and Arrigo EMS, you change this address by opening the “Add-ins tool” in project builder.
It could be found in the project at “MainComputer / EXOscada Web Add-Ins”.
Important!
For the change to take effect, you must restart the Arrigo Local server after changing the address.
Troubleshooting
Test connection
To test that the Arrigo Local server can connect to the new address, enter https://connect.arrigo.se in a web browser.
You can expect a page like this:
If not, check spelling of the address. Check any restrictions in firewalls etc
Error messages
Look for any error messages in “Exo messages” on the Arrigo Local server.
